If you forget to set the correct dimensions for your slides when you create your slider as referenced on this page, you can fix that problem retrospectively once the slider has been created.
To do this, use the SIZE tab (seen under the slides in your slider) and set the values to match the export size. Then click SAVE to save the size change.
